For those who thought Im dead, you're wrong.
Im not dead yet.
Haha. Sorry for not updating my blog for quite a long time.
I have been away to Kuching for five days which is 3rd to 7th November. Ngee~ :D
So, let's start from last Monday.
Woke up at 5 something cause the bus leaves at 6.30.We started our journey at 7. 15. The bus was late, obviously.There were two of them. We arrived at Sibu at around 3 in the afternoon and straightaway continue our trip to SMK Sacred Heart. The school is HUGE I tell you. You might get lost. We were then ushered to their conference room and was given a few presentations by their students. It lasted for a few hours and we went back to our hotel, Hotel Bahagia, at 6.45. I was so tired and wanted to take a cold shower but no... We were checking in and Mr.Yuan wanted four person in a room but we only have three. We got separated and I ended up sharing a room with Miss.Huang. Its okay though as I ran to the bathroom as my bladder was so totally full. HEE~ I went to shower as well. Then, we were asked to meet dowstairs at the lobby at 8 because we are going to have our dinner and shopping at Parkson. We went there on foot. I followed Ying Ching, Ching Mei, Cindy, Jia Er and went to eat at a Korean Restaurant. I ate "Oyakudon". It was YUMMMY!
Then, we went window shopping.We have to gether and meet up with the rest at 9.30. Nice stores to buy clothes though. I went back empty-headed. Then, when we arrived at the hotel, I went to their room to play cards till it was 10.30. I went back to my room and slept.
Tuesday.
Woke up at 5 something. Showered and got ready. Boarded the bus and continued our journey to Kuching. It lasted for a few hours and we finally arrived at Kuching which was about 2? I don't really keep track of the time. Then,we went to Inti College. It was nice. We played a few games before checking into our hostels. We have a barbeque that night and it was awesome. We performed and saw a few performances as well. W then went to the student lounge and played pool and took a few pictures. No trip is memorable without pictures. We camwhored a little before going back to out hostels. We were too bored so Esther followed us and played cards until we were tired and got some rest. Tuesday was FUN.
Wednesday.
Woke up at 4 although we were asked to get ready at 7. We had to wake up early to rush to the shower. Hee~ Ying ching woke me up and we went to shower and we woke up the rest later. We were dead tired as we slept for about 3 hours only? Yea, that's it. Well, we had to wear our so called "trip's tee shirt" for that day. We went to KAMPUNG BUDAYA. It was nice as well. There are replica's of traditional ethnical houses. The weather is so dang freaking hot. I was sweating like a pig. Well, we later on continued to RTM Sarawak where we were invited to go into the studio. Some of us. I was lucky I got in. HAHA~ We got to see the process of dj's doin' their thang' in the studio. Lol. Three students were interviewed and was on live radio. It was red.fm. Anyone heard us? Haa~ We then went to the museum for some sejarah lessons. We were told that we were being tested on those Islam happenings for our Sejarah in Form 4. I did not hesitate to go round looking cause my feet are so tired, I could barely walk. But the thing is, when Mr. Yuan told us we were going to China town and India street, It miraculously got better and did not hurt anymore. The miracle of shopping! HAHAHA! We saw Mrs.Sim Chen Chen and met up with her. We all went to eat and shopped. We then walked to a place, Riverside if Im not mistake and went on a sampan. It costs me around RM1 for a trip to th other side and another trip back. It was my first time on a sampan. Lol. So much for Sarawakians. Lol. Then we went walked to Parkson and shopped! I was excited as there are air conditioner and I was hot. I mean hot as in sweating hot. Lol. Went back to Inti at 10, 11? Continued our usual card-playing and stupid laughing.
Thursday.
Woke up earlier, 3.45. Showered and got ready. It was 4.30 when I got ready. Wanted to rest for a few minutes and slept at Yiet Sien's bed. In case you did not know, I was sleeping on the floor the whole time at Inti College. :D Believe it or not, I slept for 1 hour and a half. I was too tired I guess. Well, it was better than playing cards at dawn. Lol. Esther and the rest napped as well. We were tired, very tired. Then we got on the bus and went to the fish breeding area. Tiny little fishies are adorable. One of the workers showed us how to differentiate the fish sex by toughing its belly. If it is smooth, it's a female. If it is rough, it's a male. They even showed us the sperm. The man pressed its belly and white stuff came out. LOL. My first fish reproductive knowledge. After that, the bus drivers drove us to Boulevard. We had our lunch at Rasa Mas. The food are yummy. Ching Mei's sister, Rong Wei, followed us for lunch. There were nice places like Sushi king, Kenny Rogers, Manhattan Fish Market but we ended up at Rasa Mas. Bought a big lollipop for my sis and some chocolate for the folks at home. Then, we also visited Swinburne University. It was hecka big. Nice facilities. I might consider studying there. :D We then went to a place we've been talking about since the first day of the trip. GUESS?!....

tHe Spring. :DD!
Nah, I know some of you guys have been there but it was my first time to Kuching and Sibu so I was very excited. Went inside and the first thing I saw was Starbucks coffee. Darn, I want coffee. But I did not buy. Saving my money for clothes and shoes,etc. Lol. The place was BIG,HUGE, ENORMOUS, GIGANTIC, BESAR, SANGAT BESAR, ..shucks, I don't know anymore words.. :D
We saw Big Apple there as well. I agree with Daryl. They should open one in MIRI. Went SHOPPING! The place was so huge you might get lost in it. There are lots of shops, branded ones. I stroll and stroll and shopped. I bought two Giordano tee's for RM70. It was on sale. I went shoe shopping as well. But I couldn't find those flats I wanted for ages!. It was so dang big but they do not have the flats I wanted. Darn.
We then went downstairs to Big Apple and bought donuts to bring back home. We then went back to Inti. It was our last day in Kuching so we made it memorable and guess what we did. We played till midnight. We arived at the hostel around 8? Yea, 4 long hours of card playing, gossiping and gambling(blackjack but with twenty cents a round)!. WOOHOO!!.. Lol, Im lame, I know.
Friday.
Woke up earlier-er.. haha~. 3.30 I guess. Packed everything and boarded our bus. We stopped and went for breakfast at some stall. They sure make money for wherever we stopped, we sure take out money and buy stuffs, although it's just plain toilets. 20 cents is considered as money ok?.. We then started our way back to Miri. All in all,it was 16 hours of butt-cramping ride. Darn, it was so long eh? We arrived in Miri at 10.30. Sharon and I was the last ones to go back. The principle was kind enough to wait for us to go home. He was already waiting there when we arrived.. Oh, how nice... :D.. Arrived home at 11.30. Waited for a freaking hour for my parents to pick me up. I envy the other students.. Their ride were already lining outside the school to send them back home and I have to wait for an hour for mine.. :( Sad, isn't it?
Well, at least I got back home safe and sound. The trip was oh so awesome. I would like to go there for another time.. :]
